Ingredients
  1. 1 Young Thai Coconut
  2. 1 Mango
  3. 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
Instructions
  1. Open the coconut. Pour the water into a high speed blender.
  2. Scoop out the coconut meat and add to the blender.
  3. Peel and slice the mango and add to the blender.
  4. Blend the coconut and mango together.
  5. Add the raspberries and blend for about 30 seconds until just incorporated but sill frozen.
  6. ENJOY!
