Ingredients
  1. SALAD
  2. 2 handfuls of organic baby or wild arugula
  3. 1 cup blueberries
  4. 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
  5. 1 cup raw asparagus tips
  6. 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  7. DRESSING
  8. 1/4 cup lemon juice (about one lemon)
  9. 1/4 cup raw agave
  10. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Toss salad ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together.
  3. Toss salad with dressing and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Low Glycemic Dressing Option
  2. Try blending 1/4 cup lemon juice or Apple Cider Vinegar with 1/4 Avocado and 5-10 drops of NuNaturals Stevia to taste. Add salt and pepper, pour over the salad, toss and enjoy.
