Ingredients
- 24 Medjool Dates
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 24 mint leaves
Instructions
- Remove the seed from the dates.
- Fill each date with 5-10 pomegranate seeds.
- Roll mint leaves together and slice through to make ribbons.
- Sprinkle each filled date with mint ribbons.
- Enjoy!

so good! i shared these with my kids and now i wish i hadn’t because there are less for me ;) although, i think i’m not a fan of mint which i think is very weird but these are just as fabulous without it!
