This is my new favorite green smoothie. It’s refreshing with a nice combination of sweet and tart. Enjoy!

Pam, do I ever love the visual! What a difference it makes to actually see you make the drink. I don’t yet have a blender so thought I’d ask for some words of advice. What do you recommend in the way of blenders? What to look for? What’s good in the moderately priced range?
Thanks so much,
Maridel
Hi Maridel. I recommend the Blendtec or Vitamix. Both are top of the line, high speed blenders. The Blendtec will run about $350 and the Vitamix closer to $500. But I recently discovered the Ninja which is only $50. The Ninja serves a dual purpose as blender/food processor. You might want to give this a try if you are just starting out.
Hi Pam ~
Awesome video.
I love the combination of foods you invite people to blend together. While I use to be ‘apprehensive’ about the ‘green raw’ smoothie, your innovation and passion continue to inspire me to ‘go raw’ and expand my horizons. If this smoothie is half as good as the OJ, Cucumber, Avocado one… I’m in for a real treat.
Have fun on the road.
Pam, you are so inspiring! Love how happy and energetic food makes you. I’m gonna try this smoothie. :-)
That sounds so tasty. I cant wait to try it.
Thanks for this demo and the corn one, too! Great job! Say hi to your parents for us!
