Pam Sterling is passionate about helping the best get better. 

Since 2010, Pam has been coaching CEOs to Olympic Athletes from around the world, helping them create breakthroughs that unlock their full potential, enabling them to perform at the highest levels.

Prior to becoming a coach, Pam worked in nonprofits for 12 years as a sought-after speaker and trainer and then worked in the corporate world for 12 years as a Senior Business Analyst. 

Most recently she co-authored the groundbreaking book that's changing the way nonprofits approach fundraising - The Transformational Giving Playbook: The definitive guide for nonprofits that want to exponentially grow revenue and impact through six and seven-figure gifts.

Pam has a BS in Biology and a Masters of Divinity.

Pam has been a competitive athlete her whole life and played USVBA Volleyball until she was 40.

I love all things house - from design to demolition.

I live on 3 acres in Castle Rock, Washington with my partner Kara and our three dogs - Brady, Paisley and Piper.

 

 

 

Pam Sterling spent 12 years in the nonprofit world as a sought-after speaker and trainer focused on child sexual abuse prevention and helping create safe spaces for LGBTQ youth. Following that she spent another 12 years working with nonprofits as a senior business analyst through Target Software and Barker & Scott Consulting before following her passion in 2010 to support leaders in achieving their highest potential.

Pam is an expert at helping nonprofit leaders and their organizations get the breakthroughs they need to create the impact they want to make, at the level they want to make it, faster than they ever thought possible. Pam is certified as a High Performance Coach and Transformational Life Coach, and has trained directly with Steven Kotler, Executive Director of the Flow Research Collective.
