I could shout WHooopee. You are just what I have been looking for. Interesting how Spirit connects us to live a spirited life, huh?
I have a major challenge. I’m 59, been plus size since I was a “chubbette” at 8. I always felt like I weighed 300lbs. so of course I got there…I have candida which I have been struggling to release…but the sugars creep back into my life. Have any suggestions about the candida. Dr. Cousino suggests only granny smith apples. Noticed your green drinks, etc have lots of fruits. What’s your thoughts on all that?
