Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Pear, diced. Any kind is fine.
  2. 1 cup celery diced
  3. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  4. Juice of one lime
  5. A few sprinkles of sesame oil to taste (toasted for more flavor or cold pressed for strictly raw)
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1/4-1/2 cup raw cashews, optional
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl. Toss together and enjoy.
Notes
  1. For a more properly combined salad, omit the cashews.
